Every air handling unit is built to a detailed drawing and technical specification, sized to the application, using a heavy-duty aluminium thermal-break casing, double-skin panels with PUF infill for low-noise operation, and AMCA-certified airfoil / backward-curved blowers that are performance- and noise-tested before dispatch.

For export-grade Gujarat sites, qualification documentation is written to satisfy WHO-GMP and US-FDA reviewers in addition to CDSCO. We run the seven tests by the book: airflow pattern, room air-changes-per-hour, HEPA filter integrity (leak test), inter-room pressure differentials, particle count / ISO class qualification, recovery test, and temperature & RH mapping — with IQ/OQ/PQ documentation suitable for Ahmedabad plants facing CDSCO and customer audits.
